    While trying to activate an aura, I got this message: "You are still marked from recent PvP combat, this cannot be used".

    Okay - I understand if it was from (for example) the DOT effect from burning ice ammo still hitting me, but I was fighting in Atlantis. What gives?

    Hello there Pirate,

    As I read your post I believe you understand how this works as you used DOT effect as an example, So in Atlantis you may have had an active breach running which will have the same effect until your sub is clear from all combat effects.
