    Are these items for all players or just for paying players?
    What are their characteristics and costs?
    What's the best setup? Or are the current elite beams still the best?

    The stats were posted on the test server where you had chance to go and test these new expansions for yourself.

    The cost on the test server was just 250 pearls however i doubt this will be the real price.

    Best setup for what? farming? fighting? Since there is multiple setups for different aspects of the game a best setup simply cannot be advised at this moment in time.
