reinforced ribs not working

    I have bought the storm lanterns and they are working,however the reinforced ribs do not have the 10% damage prevention you guys have mentioned.It's not working at all.

    if your useing them with lanterns nope. equip them solo and look on your stat info you clearly see the change. if your going 1 lantern 1 rib the reductions pretty much zero out . and adding multiples with other things they get %'ed divi'ed
