    Is this available, and if so where. I haven't seen it available in a really long time. I know some players must still have one as the have instant repair. Thank You...Ratt

    At the moment the repair staff isnt available.
    I dont know where they got it.. there were some payment packages available, I think.

    As stated by your fellow player, the repair staff is not available at present, however some pirates do still have this on their account depending on when and for how long it was purchased.
