Reset Pirate level

    Don't really know where to ask, so guess here, can you please reset my pirate level to 20, found out this is why I haven't been able to do quests.

    It did thank you. although I did the quest said I got the badge but it doesn't show up.

    It took me a few tries to get the badge to show up, I don't mean doing the quests over and over I've only had time to do them once, but the badge didn't show immediately and each time I clicked on it it wouldn't appear.

    Is the badge showing in the little box on your seachart where you select it?
