Restart of portals

    Hello there,

    I bought that buff for 24h around 10am my server time, i jumped and played 3 solo maps, and had opened 3 group maps which i left for after when i make good group. In meantime there was restart cause vip market, and now when i jumped into the event map my 3 group portals are closed. Please can you reset it. Thank you very much

    Having reviewed your account we can see that you have already completed the Big Portal today:

    This is correct, this means that you are unable to complete any other Portals within your Map of Forever until it next resets (when you buy the Temporal Energy again).

    As this is working as designed, we will not reset this for you.

    hi again. but i played only solo maps, and after 3 maps finish i got that big portal the 4th one. but i didnt touch the group maps.

    Ahoy,

    Yes, once you have completed the Big Portal you are unable to do any other Portals; Solo or Group, this is by design.
