    Ahoy mate,

    Restarts occur for a number of reasons. These include (and are not limited to): Technical updates, reducing lag on the server, changing NPC data/rewards.

    If the matter is very pressing for the restart then it will be posted in the patch day announcements or Official Announcements. I am sorry, but this is all the information we have have for you at this time.
