Revenge II boarded but not credited

    Seren, I am asking for help if you can, support keeps telling me what I already know and refusing to admit there was a glitch with boarding the Revenge II and it getting credited to my 28-29 test. I am lost, with almost 20 emails back and forth to the same representative, they see I received the Board in my log book, but keep telling me I need something different. If you or someone else can help I would be grateful. Please advise on my next step, I do not know what to do next to get this fixed. I have asked for a supervisor to be involved, but have not heard back. If you need to help me privately and not here, please help with that as well.
