Revenge spawn problem!

Hello there, there is a HRMA Revenge spawn problem it spawns on map 24 and on forum its saying this (It spawns on maps 21/1,2;22/1,2), my friend was on map 24 and HRMA Revenge spawns there:
Requirement:
87,500,000 Experience Points
Completed the Quest: Vindication

Task:
Deliver 128,000 Crowns
Inflict 10,000,000 Damage to HRMA Revenge

Where to find!?
Deliver 128,000 Crowns to Oswald Murray (SH-19)
HRMA Revenge found in maps 21/1, 21/2, 22/1 and 22/2 (Spawned from defeating HRMS Renown)

End At: Oswald Murray (SH-19)

Rewards:
Level 23
800,000 Experience Points

Note: You need to complete all Quests: Level 22 - 23 before you can attempt this Test.

Boarding Value: 20,000
