reward not working ?

    i put in the code for the free souleater ammo but did not receive ammo ... what's up?

    log out and in again, sometimes it takes a few minutes to register. also check to see whether it said the code was preserved or not. if it wasn't you won't receive the goods.

    Ahoy mate,

    Your fellow pirate is correct. Also did it give you a response in the pop up box saying that the code was redeemed?

    Ahoy mates, first in answer to your question Nimitz, yes it did say the code was redeemed, however the advice was good so thank you turnip and Nimitz as i did what you suggested and the reward did eventually appear so it's all good ! happy sailing to all !
