rewards not adding

    This seems to be effecting everyone in my guild & many on global.

    When i kill eggs, or pick up shiny shoot gold ship.. it dosen't add on..
    Yes i know sometimes it can take a few refreshes, but i shot a lucia 5mins ago, gold hasn't been added a guy in my guild picked up 400 pearls 40mins ago still has 85...

    Funnily enough anything we spend is taken away, but anything we gain is not added. hope this is fixed soon.

    also pearls from shinies not adding

    try logging out completely then back in this worked for me but need to keep doing it as gold and pearls souls dont add straight away

    Ahoy mates,

    Each of you will need to create your own thread if you wish for us to help. We can only help one player per thread and that player is the OP, Static in this case.

    Thank you static for this bug report. I will be passing it along. Please be aware that while they might not show up in backpage it is in the system. As Alpetal has stated, logging out and back in sometimes fixes this. Also, waiting a few minutes will also solve this sometimes.

    I still haven't recieved some of the rewards i should of got last night,

    You will not like the answer, but unfortunately we do not give personal compensations, any issues which are due to our server faults are experienced by all players on that particular server.
    That is why any compensation that is offered from our side is offered to all
    players. We regret that you have had troubles but we cannot give you anything as compensation I am afraid.
