    Richard Davis is a Quest Giver who can be found in some Safe Havens.

    He provides the users with Quests relating to the Raids.

    For instance, at my level he provides:

    Become the Lion
    Conditions
    • Inflict 10,000,000 hitpoints of damage
    • Deliver 3 Behemoth Medallions
    Reward
    • 2 Lionhearts
    ​

    Redeeming Virtue
    Conditions
    • Defeat 20 Gildblade
    Reward
    • 20,000 Pearls
    ​
    Usurping Resources
    Conditions
    • Inflict 60,000,000 damage to VCMA Usurper
    Reward
    • 75,000 Pearls
    ​
    I believe he also offers some different Quests for some lower level players, however having already leveled up to 25 when this came Quest Giver was released I can not confirm them.
