Rift Map Debacle

I realize the rift map is down for today. And, "should" be up tomorrow. Who will reimburse me for the 500 season coin I would have received by doing the Rift Map 7/25/22 - 7/29/22?
I have a plan every season, you can look it up. I do the rift map 5-20 times per week during the 3 month season which enables me to finish tier 9 and get the ship. Without todays rift quest and doing the rift map 2-3 time today, I most likely will not finish tier nine. I do not bot like most of the server, so I must do my season as much as I can every day to get tier 9 finished. Will BP reimburse me and give me my 500 coin that this debacle is costing me? At the very least bestow on every pirate a minimum of 20 rift emblems, (per every day it is down),so we have a chance to finish the tier we are trying to complete. As you know, every time you do a rift map, the price goes up, if I do 4 rift map, it will cost me 10 emblems. Please fix asap and please compensate for our loss. Thank you

 

Wow, m8...I would be really mad...it's bad enough in my case where I got a one day rift buff (one day early) and I usually am able, with this buff, to manage a time that gets me the buff the following week. I got into the habit of doing two rifts per day for the season which allowed me to get all the season coins nearly a month ago... I hope you can get the skin...good luck. by the way...it looks like the quest giver in 34/1 isn't there either.

Upon reviewing the quest-giver within 34/1 I find no issue at all - everything works as intended.

The rift has been disabled only for the last 24 hours - it is back on right now.

Unfortunately but at this time there is no compensation, if there will be anything like that given we'll inform you about it within the Official Announcements.
