    On a ticket request form, support aim to get back to you within a 48 hour period. This is the time you might have to wait patiently for them to respond to you :)

    Well now I think they are on strike because still waiting response from Jan . 4th, 2015 um 144 hours and still not-ta. So what support you talking about the auto reply with ticket number then nothing after support? Just asking here.

    I've been waiting a full month for anything back. I've pretty much stopped even checking for emails at this point.
