    Capped well over 20 HMRA Revenge now and can't seem to get a rogue gull, am i capping the right npc?

    As listed in the     Quests: Level 26 - 27 bible entry, you are required to board the HRMA Revenge to receive the Rogue Gull.

    We can inform you that there is only a chance to receive this item with each attempt, however, we do not know what the percentage is.
