Rushing to get players on the water

  1. When there is a major reset or upgrade to the game, BP should take more time before allowing players to log into the game due to malfunctions that often occur after said game changes. This creates problems for players such as not being able to access certain in-game items. This morning, after the reset, many of the on-water drop down menus were not functioning, graphics like the safe haven island were missing, access to various quest givers were not available, and the chat function is continuing to be unavailable. To give an example of how it can affect play, the genie quest giver would not open….in an attempt to self-fix the issue, logging out resulted in a 10 minute wait to get back on the water. Obviously, the Genie quest giver vanished in the interim. Support, graciously, refused to reset the quest giver. I understand the game upgrading might cause temporary issues, but it would be much better to take adequate time to let them resolve before opening the game for play
