first the lag, then comes the freeze up, then gets kicked off the water, never to return. all after 6 pm. NOTHING WILL WORK to clear this problem. please get your team to work on this problem since it has been an ongoing problem for several months. thx.

This has been forwarded to the relevant parties.

A little advice that I can give, is that I have my browser set to clear cookies and temp files each time I close it. And while I don't sail that often I rarely have any issues with lag or freezing etc, you could try this.

Also certain browsers to apparently work better than others, I always recommend firefox as it's what I use without any problems.

I have tried firefox, explorer, and chrome. the result is the same. i clear every thing every time i log in and out. i repeat: nothing works. these problems were not as relevant until 10/14. that's when it started to get so bad, I could not play after 6 pm.

As this is happening at a specific time, you could check your download speeds. www.speedtest.net is pretty reliable, it could be that as this is a time that many people log in their internet after work etc, that your ISP is having issues with server overloads. (sorry I'm not the techiest person)

It might be worth getting in touch with them to see if they can improve performance.

I can't think what else you could try, I will however ask one of my colleagues is there is anything else that he can suggest.

    Hello mate,

Who is your ISP? Some people have suggested that it could be a part of the problem.

Hmmm.... When you play, do you have and other tabs open that use flash player a lot? This would be other flash games or video streaming services mostly.

Another player has suggested that it may help to reset your router, maybe you could try this.

Contacting your isp sunnydayz may help resolve this, perhaps they can give some advice also.

I talked to my ISP (fios) and I was told it may be a server/flash problem. They also said "flash based games are easy to hack". I have a great connection but still get lag/freeze. I think its on BPs end.
