    We have just synced a bug fix for the Scar Debuff reload time adjustment.

    total joke bots still hitting max with max reload

    Dont .... on the players back and tell them its raining

    If they have full lvl4-5 overlord you hardly can punish them. The punishment would be they count a reload time and plus 0.7. Best case they would have 2.2 reload time that case
