Can not get into scroll Bonus Map menu will not open on Sea Chart to select scroll and I have 34 scrolls to do. I have cleared browser and flash cache many times did re-set in options, try throwing mojo's all I can and since new update seem well never mind. Will you look or someone please fix so can do some scrolls. Thanks

I see it's a waste of time you can close wrote support but yet will be another big waste of time also because just get sent to useless developers that have for 3 years and still can not fix, fix 1 thing and mess up 3 other things. Looks like will take a til next month because when this event starts will be even more problems just like with every event will be to busy chasing event issues.

Is the scroll menu the only menu you cannot open? Or does it open and there is nothing there?

Got bonus map menu up I went to 1 maps kept doing complete sea chart re-set now it's on sea chart for how long no clue. Just once get onto seachart lock it where you want because once unlock to move and have to f5 or log out to get options to close it will disappear again not to come back so lock where you want to leave it lol. I have 2 Virgo scrolls and system not reading that I have any click to go intovirgo scroll nothing happens so only scrolls I can do are cap scrolls. I you have no Virgo scroll the system not reading other scroll and thinks you have none why bonus map menu will not appear when clicking to enter scrolls. Hope this helps.

Do you have access to another computer? There may be some configuration settings off in the background of your flash, computer and browser making this a bit quirky. This is the first time I have ever seen this type of issue. Trying another computer for a bit may help if possible.

 

Makes no difference not picking up scroll from sea chart has happened on onther server when have no Virgo scroll as soon as get the Virgo Bonus Map Menu will pop up. On server 85 I had 2 Virgo's now 1 and still could not get menu to come up. I had to go 1 map and keep re-setting to get and if I move it after will disappear and have to do all over again, not flash this is something that started after the big patch day. The system that's just as lagged up and glitched up as old system.

 

We have had a few reports of this and the programmers are review this issued.

I am glad that this is temporarily resolved. However it is still being worked on.
