sea mini map

Ok Logged on today, clicked game start to load after 5 mins, click get flash player loads to 51% then stops close window then reopen finally on sea. No mini map click options reset position mini map. Now it will not go back to normal map. Close window back to sea no mini map repeat same outcome no mini map so game unplayable. Downloaded client failed to work deleted client. Will this ever be fixed or is it time to cut loses? ID 40/31835018 server US1

P.S This problem has been going on for months and affected many players that I know of who have now simply quit the game as one problem too far

 

There was a restart. Are you still having this problem?​

 

When this happens it is generally because your internet speed is not that great or it's not loading the data correctly from the cache.

Try to completely clear your cache, this normally fixes the problem. As for the client, that's being worked on and hopefully fixed soon.

Thank you for your help but No, as the problem has been here for some weeks. My cache is clear, my internet speed and location is in one of fastest areas of the UK. It does not matter which server I am on. When you open options you get the graph screen. Whereas before after moving mini map et al you clicked on main map and it went to normal map. However, it no longer does this, I have no choice but to close main map page if I want to play game and it does not save changes made. Naturally, if I do not see mini map makes playing hard.

I have the same problem with my other ships and have even tried different pc/laptops at friends house same result albeit depending on screen size dictates what is shown within screen and what items need moved. If I had low internet speed I would expect my ship, NPC etc to be doing the st Vitus dance.

If it cannot be fixed then it is really pointless for me to play.

 

40/31835018 On Id for east server shows unknown and last login in 1969 maybe account not logged into for to long and account now gone.
