    Ahoy,

    We have had no other reports of this happening to players, which leads me to believe that it is a local issue you are experiencing.

    This could be the result of poor connection to the server during this time. I would suggest if you are able too, restart your internet, close anything which is using the internet that you do not need open, e.g. videos, clearing your cache and seeing if this problem persists.
