Seachart.

    My screen is larger than normal and same as the sub menus. I have tried zooming out and still no effect. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Ahoy mate,

    Your account has been reviewed, what do you mean by your screen is larger than normal? As well as your sub menus?

    My seachart is just large where parts are cut off and the equipment menus are out of sight.

    You are able to adjust the viewport size of the seachart via the options menu. You can also reset your seachart there where you will be able to get your equipment menus back as well. Please let me know if that helps.

    Please can you contact the Customer Care Team, and include a screen shot of what you are experiencing.

    We are unable to recreate this problem so a screen shot is needed so we are able to review this.
