The damage i could reach was around 1.2 million with good setup and everything possible to put on and the fastest I finished it was 26 sec time (I saw on top of screen) but you guys capped it to minimum 30 sec or higher so everything below doesnt count for the ranking. I finished multiple times below 30 sec and none of them counted because i didnt had a time finished for the ranking then. So now i had to wait some seconds before i could finish it so my time showed up in the rankings. Maybe remove this cap next year.

I found an advantage to this ammo. While under the Aura, I needed to shoot a Star Killer that was parked directly on top (or under?) the ship shooting it. I couldn't tell if I was selecting the NCP or the player. I waited for the infatuation and then I could be certain I selected the NCP. If I had selected wrong, I would have lost my aura.

In order to obtain the "perfect" result in Kraken map you must defeat all krakens in this order:

Right -> Left -> Top

If two types of Event ammo deal the same damage, I prefer the one that doesn't make the NPC run wild (in other words, give it an "infatuation" buff). That is because shooting an 800-million hit point NPC is boring, and I sometimes shoot them while reading a news article or two on another website, while periodically checking my progress. When I come back, if the NPC has run off, I have to spend extra time hunting all over the map to relocate it.

 

Does that mean the Seaside Squad Group map?

Can anyone explain in plain words how that group map works? The instructions make no sense at all. That's why I usually don't bother with them, the instructions are usually not that clear. I'm assuming that I'll need to do it to get any of the phase 3 quests. If I don't need to do it to get the phase 3 quests, let me know and I'll just skip the group map.

 

When are ships going to be in event market?

Other two can be won from NPC or Solo map.

Yes, the Seaside Squad Group Map.

I can try my best to explain how to do the map, its quite easy.

1. Gather Team of 5
2. Select your role
3. You and your fellow pirates will be teleported on a map with 6 different portals
4. All 5 players must go to the same teleport (sail into the circle)
5. Once everyone are in the same circle click on "the orb"
6. You will be teleported onto a map where you must face "the boss of this portal"
7. Once such NPC has been defeated you will be teleported back to the portal map and the NPC will join your side in the main battle(As shown on the Middle Island)
8. You need to "collect" 3 NPCs onto your side, when that's done a portal in the middle will open
9. Sail into the middle portal with your fellow pirates and press the main orb
10. You shall be teleported onto the boss map and 5 minute countdown should start
11. The more Star Killers on the water the better ranking points you obtain
12. Map ends once timer hits 00 - then you will be rewarded for your group performance​

I feel exactly the same way. It is too complicated for the effort needed.

 

im with minesweeper it says all designs in event market why arent they ? is it just a ploy to make peeps play ur event or can u guys get anything right ?

 

The "Radiant Seavenger Bundle" looks attractive but costs 1,300 radiants. I have 334 radiants right now (which is a lot), but it takes me almost an hour to solo a Star Killer or Emerald Raider, which *might* pay like 10 radiants. At that rate - even if I had unlimited auras to protect me in PvE mode - I wouldn't try for 1,300 total.

 

Thank you Rymar for taking the time to explain it better. It seems clearer, but we'll see how it looks once I'm in it. It does still seem complicated and seems to rely on everyone agreeing on which portal to enter. I'm not that fussed about the ranking or rewards. I'll be happy if I survive it to completion without being a total drag on the group.

EDIT: The FAQ says that it takes Ancient emblems to enter this group map, but it is Magic emblems that are needed. Since I only have 6 and it takes three to enter, I'm going to wait until phase 3 starts so I can do it to trigger the next set of quests.

 

Are the event designs going to be for sale any soon?

There is only 1 ship design (within the Radiant Souls package), no other designs will be included within the in-game market.

Since we cannot buy the event design Perfect Beak, what is the chance of being rewarded with it in the Kraken's event map?

I hate having to do it, but i really want that ship design.
And since now that's the only way to get it, I would like to know how many hours I should invest in the minigame.

Does anybody here have got it? How many tries did it take you?

I get two ships from minigame (as reward). Play 10 times one minigame, then 10 times other minigame. Do this every day after morning restart . And shoot Blast Blimp ( for ancient). I just wonder how to get radiant souls for packet from black market. Ask in the forum, but Rymar cant get answer for me. May be some of developers of the game know the answer. Now is the third phase of event, but still dont know how to raised my reputation ( and get radiant souls from Zenith Zeppelin). May be only in my dreams.

Please be aware that you can also obtain Perfect Beak ship design from the Star Killer Spawn NPC.

I personally obtained that ship design on my 1st attempt (as a loot from NPC).

All feedback regarding the event has been noted and forwarded onto the appropriate party.
