    A specific question: If a player earns 30 coins per minute, it would take them over 55 hours of playing time to make the 100,000 required. (And that is just focusing on this one task). I realize the 250 coins payout is a huge one, but is this even halfway realistic? Or is there a way to earn a lot more coins per minute that I'm missing?

    I've completed both. most damage on cakes usually gives around 500 of each coin I think I've had most damage a few times still no design though. Also its impossible to complete Pirate Showdown as I don't have any elite captains and you need 8 to even play. luckily I'm well on track to 10'000 pirate glory to buy the last piece.

    That still amounts to a ton of hours, especially to get "most damage" on those big-hitpoint cakes. But thank you for this information!

    yes it usually takes roughly 1-2 hours to solo but less if others join in throughout
