season issue losing cannon

    i never even made it to tier 5 and a cannon was taken from me i never did anything to bug the system i was tier 3 with 1 coin away from tier 4 im now down to tier 1 with 1 coin away from tier 2
    yet the quest i did to get the coins to get me to tier 3 where not reset or coins given back so theres no way for me to even try to earn those lost coins back

    and a worldbreaker cannon was taken off me for some reason why?

    this is gonna make me quit this game as i did nothing wrong yet you take things from me

    ok never mind about the lost cannon i recieved in my logbook enough to craft another so i guess it fixed it but the issue with going down 2 levels in my season is still an issue

    its same with me, i never use bug for open until tier 3, and lose my all cannon and must start again from tier 1

    scrip for problem season don't work good
    so if like this we must play again for open until tier 3 again?

    i have the same problem as above i made 43 coins,been given 10 coins but goals have not been reset so i cant get the other 33 back, through no fault of my own,i did not take advantage of any bug,i completed the goals.can you please look at this as it is not right

    Ahoy,

    We understand the confusion and frustration the scripts have caused, and please be aware these will be looked at again to ensure any issues that may be present are corrected.

    However, this does not mean that there have been issues; we are not the developers, we are only technical support, and in this case, the scripts and account history needs to be reviewed by the developers to determine if any issues have arisen.

    Please be aware this will take place at a minimum of Monday, however, due to it being a complex issue it is possible that it may take longer.

    Ahoy,

    The developers have checked which accounts have done one achievement or more, more than one time, and reset the relevant sections appropriately.

    Please be aware that you may not have even been conscious that you were using the bug. Every time a player logged in, all achievements were reset and the player could complete them again to collect more rewards.

    Therefore, the rewards you believe are missing, are in fact the rewards that should not have been gained to begin with due to this error.
