    Ahoy,

    Having reviewed your images I too believe this to be correct; you earn 1 Key for completing Tier 1, you do not earn a key for Tier 2, and you have yet to complete Tier 3.

    With that said, there is a voucher code that can be seen in the     Voucher Codes thread that can grant you a 2nd key.

    If you would like us to take a closer look at your account, we will require your Server and User ID.

    wopps sorry , i just asked my friends and they had 2 season keys instead of 1 and they were on same level as me
    but i forgot to put the voucher
