season problem

    I know it was stated in announcements we won't have maintenance just some log outs but man there are way to many kickouts, having big impact on game. you're much better off just bringing it down for maintenance. I'd rather the server be down for 2 hours and the problem fixed than have 20 kickouts an our while you're trying to be minimally invasive

    still got it wrong. after restart season came back, my missions had progressed but i'm missing the coins for completing them, because of that I can't advance the track, and havn't got the cannons I got legitimitely either. nice one, another farce

    Ahoy,

    We understand the confusion and frustration the scripts have caused, and please be aware these will be looked at again to ensure any issues that may be present are corrected.

    However, this does not mean that there have been issues; we are not the developers, we are only technical support, and in this case, the scripts and account history needs to be reviewed by the developers to determine if any issues have arisen.

    Please be aware this will take place at a minimum of Monday, however, due to it being a complex issue it is possible that it may take longer.

    yeah it seems like they still got some scripts to run. suppose better on a monday at 10am than a friday at 11pm. as for now, I know this is a technical area and not feedback, this is turning into feedback so I'll wait til monday and send a ticket off to support along with your feedback. close off if ya want swift. hope you had a good weekend :p
