Sentinel damage - clarification

    2 players shooting event npc, 1 uses sentinel.
    Does the sentinel damage count towards the players npc damage with regards to total damage caused to the npc and therefore gaining the 'kill'?

    Ahoy lude1962!

    Here's an example:

    Player A: Overlord Cannons = 600 000 damage per hit
    Player B: Bastions + Activated Sentinel = 550 000 damage per hit + chance for Sentinel hit which equal total of 1 100 000 damage caused.    ​

    Player B's Sentinel damage have effect on his / her reward and counts towards most damage / last hits, however it wont add up to season or quest progression.
