    However In order for us to verify whether the account was stolen or hacked, we require a lot of information sent to the support team.

    You will need to contact Support, they will then issue you with a document to fill in. Please take your time reading and filling out this document before sending it back to them. Please remember to sign the document before sending it. They can only process your inquiry if you have filled out all of the required information.

    As soon as they have received the document, they will look into your case. Depending on how much information you were able to provide, the processing time can take a few workdays.

    At this time, we'd like to remind you of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Bigpoint S.à.rl GmbH which you agreed to upon registering, which also stipulate that you are fully responsible for your account as the owner of the account. This responsibility also includes choosing a secure password and never giving it to third parties.
