Server Dropping Constantly

    For the last several hours the server has been sluggish, then locking up and disconnecting. Then when reconnecting it says there is a new version, but there isn't actually one. Almost unplayable!!

    Please try to restart your router and clear your browser cache (turn on / off your game client).

    I am on the water (doing quests) right now, and I did not experience any issues.

    My fellow guild members did not mention any problems with the game at all.

    @Edit

    I just seen your ship in Atlantis, does this mean your problem has been resolved?

    I did all the reset stuff before posting.

    The problems were intermittent. It would be OK, then get sluggish and eventually it would drop me. I was on most of the time, but the lag and dropping was making it difficult. It did get better later, but I was still dropped once more.

    I'm going to try again now. Hopefully it's good.

    If your issue is still ongoing could you please contact Support?

    We had no further reports regarding any server issues at all, which makes me think that this problem exist only at your end.

    It seemed better later. I did the speed test above during the time I was seeing lag so my overall internet sees fine. It could have been somewhere between here and the server I suppose, but it did go on like that for several hours so I thought I should ask if there was a problem with the game server.

    I am glad to hear that your issue has been resolved.

    If you'll experience the same or similar issue in the future please contact Support, they have much more tools to review your account than I do.
