Server Locations

I have a question what State or States in US are servers? I read lag depends on how close you are to server the farther away more lag you have. Or do we even have US servers anymore since shut down Calf. SF office? Would be nice to know thank you.

 

us west is sf and us east is either england or france simple way to trace your server hops is run tracert us1.seafight.com from cmd on your computer it will ip trace from your computer to BPs server then open google and find a iptrace site and run one of the ips you pull up it will show you exactly where its at and if your hops are showing anything over 100 then that would explain the point of the lag you can do the same for west coast is us2.seafight.com check it out if this is too much info per the mods im sorry but its the easist way to check for lag also take note of the time of day check throughout the day several days in a row then send in a ticket to support to check

Your fellow pirate is correct for the most part, but if you run the tracert for us1.seafight.com, it does come up with New York, New York as the final location, 216.151.181.17 to be exact. US2 comes us with 64.145.67.34 which is San Francisco.

I ping and track that's where my Comcast internet server is at. So is that the server for game?

For me comes up Chicago, IL so your out west.

 

I am actually on the US eastern side. This is interesting. I will pass these findings along in my report this week.

 

This is to strange ,I just did this 2 of my other accounts This is what i get

They both come with same address and come up Chicago, IL
