Server Merge - Global/Chat Boxes

    Carnage~Queen Padavan

    While the latest European Server Merge seems to have been successful the 'Chat Boxes' in my opinion should be renamed. The Old 'Global Box' Should be re named 'Global/All' and the central 'Chat box' renamed 'ENGLISH ONLY!'.
    That way those nations/players who do not wish to follow the rules of SF have no excuse of not abiding by SF Rules on in game chat.
