    Hello there Pirate,

    If you are referring to the 'Dungeon guide' item which allows you to access the abyss of shadows map then you should have received it when completing your first event quest.

    You can click and enter from anywhere, including a safe haven.

    You will find the item within your miscellaneous items box.
