Shiney Doubler not available?

    Hi gang. I appear to be unable to purchase the shiney doubler package as it does not appear in the purchase screen with the loyalty and rebate packages... why is this? Tks!

    just a thought but you probably already have the doubler. when i go to payment section i only see loyalty which i do not have.

    Hmmm this is an odd one, I've checked my account because I know I do not have it, and if I attempt to purchase it it's there when I view it.

    I play a different server from you, that's why I checked mine to see if it was a server issue.

    However I went on your account, and again attempted to purchase it, and I can see it there for sale (of course I didn't buy it :p)

    Also t's not currently active on your account.

    I know this will seem annoying, but please try the steps found in this thread here https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/clearing-your-browser-cache.57/
    Please also try deleting your Flash cookies and cache, this is different from the regular browser cache.

    From the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache.

    Once done please restart your browser and try again.

    This will reset all the sent data and give the most up to date version of the site pages.

    Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

    Ok, did the steps... now it shows the doubler active. (i did not buy it) and it still does not show the doubler in the purchase area like I sent pic of before... uh.. i'm lost...lol

    if doubler was active, shouldn't show beneath the premie subscription I have?

    did you try going under the SEAFIGHT PLUS option under market? I had the same problem about a week ago and it now works for me if i go under SEAFIGHT PLUS.
