my user id is 39/41781636, i play on England 1 server

I have lvl 4 aftcastle and got lvl 4 sternpost and lvl 4 cannon storage.
Currently my cannon storage is active, but when i try to active my sternpost instead of storage, it does not do it, it only says loading with black screen, Plz help me ty in advance

We are looking into this. Have you tried using other browsers as well as clearing your cache?

 

i tried it all nimitz, new browsers, delete cache, but still same problem!
the screen say loading and remains black, this happens only in aftcastle

 

The team are aware of the current problem. A temp fix is really to just keep trying, it does take longer than normal to load, but it will eventually. I have tried this myself and know it works.

i have tired few things with it, that problem is only with cannon storage,
Now i have to deactivate cannon storage, then comes the black loading screen and it never leaves me ( last time was infinity) , i have reload the page every single time i do this, And when i reload the slot is free.
I takes lots of time to do it, but luckily gets deactivated so i can use my sternpost ,
Though i would like it to work properly, hope the Dev team does it soon

 

We would all like it to be fixed and hopefully it will be soon.
