    As it states in the FAQ's

    PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive the ship design, the player's level must be equivalent to that of the BOSS NPCs shot down. That way Level 6 to 20 players will only be given gold for sinking the Venom-heart. You must stay within your level range.

    But NPC's on my levels are terrible and hit 20-30k and are a rip off :(, this event is evil. Thanks for the disappointment.
