    I'm a lowly lvl 14, but lvl 14 ship design isn't listed (nor any above lvl10).
    Where do we get them from?

    Ahoy,

    The Elite Level Designs are not tied to your Pirate Level, but rather to what League you are in. If you are in the Jellyfish League, you can purchase the Elite Level 1 - 10 Designs from the League Hall for 10 Gold. Seahorse League for the 11 - 20 Designs, Barracuda League for 21 - 27 Designs and the Manta League for the Manta Design.
