Ship Destroyed AGAIN!

    This is the second time in a week that I logged in to find my ship destroyed while in Safe Harbor. Why is this continuing to happen?

    I have had to use 2 Triton's Benevolence now so that my carpenter can repair the ship. If this is a program bug, then at the very least, I should get compensated for the use of these resources.

    Ahoy,

    As mentioned in the last thread you submitted regarding this, sometimes this issue does occur after restarts.

    There are multiple ways in which you can gain Hitpoints; you can either have a player repair you with repair cannons, use a hitpoint action item such as a Triton's Blessing (this is the small one, you do not need to use the Benevolence), get sunk and return from the nimbus with Hitpoints, or have another player use a Asklepios Talent on you.

    This issue is a known issue and it has been forwarded for review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    I just logged in again to find my ship destroyed. This is the third time it has happened in a short period of time. It seems to me that it is more than just a "sometime" occurrence as you stated.

    As previously mentioned, this issue is known and has been reported. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

    As this is not happening to every player, and not every time, this may be something specific.

    May I enquire as for further information, for example; as to how you are logging out? Do you log off the Seachart and then the backpage, one of them, or just close the page? Is their anything in your logbook when you log back in? This along with any other information you feel may be important may help the developers in locating and correcting the issue.

    It happened again today. That makes two days in a row.

    I always log off the sea chart (which takes 30 seconds). I then hit close on the popup box and confirm it. After that I just close the intro page. There is nothing in the log book when I log back in that deals with the destruction of my ship. This is really getting annoying!
