Ship Equipment presets

    What's up with the presets option on the Ship Equipment display? Selection process says you simply need 50000 in gold to create a new preset. Figured I'd try it hoping it would help keep my pet from disappearing, but when I clicked 'Unlock' I got a pop-up saying I have insufficient resources to carry out the transaction. What 'resources' do I need other than gold? I have considerably more than 50000 of that.

    I have found out the reason, and can spot the error. However it is not something that I can resolve, this will need to be done by a developer making changes to your actual account script, rather than making changes to your account data.

    I know it sounds like I am just trying to delay things, however look at the amount of gold showing on your back page, now look and see the gold showing on your sea chart. This will show you the reason.

    This will have to be forwarded, and it will be Monday at the earliest I can get it reviewed. I will obviously follow this up and post back here as soon as we have an update. I really am sorry for this inconvenience, but will resolve as soon as possible.

    Thanks Seren. No problem. I think I see the problem as well. Goes back to a longstanding display error on the actual play map. If your running Gold total as displayed in the upper left corner (with your running Pearl total) exceeds 1,000,000,000, then it no longer displays accurately and in fact displays a negative number (-1,XXX,XXX,XXX) which is meaningless, and likely the preset uses this value to determine if you have +50,000 in Gold or more, so too bad for you because it appears you OWE Gold. That it?

    I do not understand the reasoning for it, but yes it is the negative number on sea chart that is preventing you from moving forward. So this will need to be resolved via the developers.

    Fine with me if you want to close this string, unless you want to leave it open pending resolution by the developers. I now understand why I have the problem.
