Ship extensions upgrade to lvl 4

    There will be two packages for each extension (overall 12 packages) in the payment section.

    During that time it is also possible to upgrade the extensions in the “Trading post”.

    I bought the large storm lantern package with the expectation of being able to lvl up to lvl 4.
    I have enough lvl3, crowns and crystals but cant upgrade to lvl 4.

    Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

    Ahoy,

    Level 4 Extension upgrades are not available during regular extension days, these are only available during Buccaneer's Bounties at the current time, this is by design. The possible upgrades were displayed in-game from the moment the sale started.

    Should you wish to enquire about a refund then you will need to contact Support, we here on the forum are unable to help in such matters.
