Suggestion Ships and torpedo launchers

    Since I don't really care to spend time, effort and more money to build a submarine that's as bad as the ship that I've been building since 2011, I was wondering if we could put torpedo launchers on surface vessels in the future. The main idea being able to keep most of the ship's attributes like damage prevention, speed, etc.
