For several days now, sinking ANY NPC on map 1/1 only results in getting 1 EP. I've got 57 kills - and 57 EPs. A lot of the other players seem to be in the same situation. It doesn't appear to be universal since the leader has 35 MILLION EPs. That'd be an awful lot of single kills for just 3 days. Obviously, it also destroys our chances of getting any competitor coins, etc. for the month. Can someone fix this? Thanks..

Assuming you are referring to the league system, may i point out a few things. League system works on ELP not EP ( Elite points)

These can be gained in a few ways.

You will receive ELP for shooting elite ammunition with some types giving additional amounts of ELP.

Admiral cannons will give you extra 1 ELP per round fired for all ammo types including gold ammo - hollows etc

Set skills and castles to increase rewards

    ELP booster will increase rewards.

I set ship for max ELP and made 10 mill ELP yesterday using only hollows.

Hope this helps and im sure others will add anything i have omitted

Please also note that end rewards are distributed across all servers for your particular league , not just for your server. You may be 1st on server but have a significantly lower global ranking

    Hey mate,

I believe you are mixing up EP and ELP. EP is Experience Points, and ELP is Elite Points.

To increase your League position and to win competitor coins, you need to gain ELP. ELP Can be gained by shooting Elite Ammunition (any ammo which can not be bought with Gold), or by using Admiral Cannons. The amount of ELP you gain depends on the amount of cannons you have equipped and the ELP Boosters you have active.

I've been playing for 3 months now, and I've ONLY used gold ammo to sink NPCs. The only time I've switched to pearl ammo was to take out the occasional Admiral Jack because the shot value was higher so I could finish him off sooner. I have 1 Admiral's Cannon. Using primarily gold ammo, I've earned a Competitor's Coin each of the first 2 months. Last month I had 58k points - which I obviously couldn't get from single-point kills. The changeover occurred with 2 days left in last month's contest and it's carried over into this month's. If this is now a permanent part of the game, fine. But I'm confused as to why I got full point value for 2 months using gold ammo - and now I have to switch to pearl ammo to get the same results. Thanks for your help.

ELP is Elite Points. Elite Points are not rewarded for sinking a NPC. You are saying you are getting 1 EP (Experience Points), that is completely different. Elite Points (ELP) is what is needed to win Competitor Coins.

To get ELP it does not matter if you sink the ship, you will get ELP every time your cannons fire. If you have 1 Admiral Cannon and you are using hollows, you will get 1 ELP for every shot. If you use Elite Ammo, you will get 2 ELP for every Admiral Cannon and 1 ELP for every other type of cannon, every shot. If you have any ELP Boosters (Elite Ship, Booster, Castle, Special Gem, etc) then that will increase the ELP you get every shot as well.

    For example:
    10 Admiral Cannons = 2 x 10
    = 20 ELP

    90 55lb Cannons = 1 x 90
    = 90 ELP

    Total ELP = 20 + 90
= 110 ELP total every shot
