    Can the players with debuffs buy these packages and offset their penalties (i.e., lower their penalized reload times, etc.)??? (I hope the answer you say is a "no").

    I was afraid of that. One last point: the packages are poorly thought out. Two of them (one of which is specifically for Atlantis) have only 3 of the 4 crew members we need. I don't know why anyone would want to pay 30 bucks for 3/4ths of a crew. Anyway, you may close this thread.
