skill question

    on attack skill critical chance / defense skill speed,
    it actives only after killing / speed if hp or vp is above

    But there is no such condition on skill point any longer.
    so it is permernant status or working on putting detail description?

    Hello,

    Critical chance skill is activated after sinking an npc / player and lasts 120 seconds (if maxed).

    Voodoo velocity (speed) skill is activated once you have more than 25% of your VP (this value is changing depending on how many skills are placed).

    yes i knew about this but after changes in skill trees appearance and description, just wanna make sure.
    cuz it only says increase in critical chance now.

    so anyways i guess it sticks to what it used to be. thanks
