Skull how to get?

To answer your question, both quest items can be gained from the NPCs mentioned within quest.

The first one from smaller event npc found up to map 30.
The second one from bigger event npc found above map 30.​

Patch notes says both available in all maps.
No skulls for me,
from the event counter
45 colds
38 frozens...
Quest was in quest ticker but not listed in main quests window - how? if its repeatable the event hasn't been running 12 hours.

 

Ha ha ha, such bad programming, quest had reset, it was using the timing from a diiferent server eg gl8 reset 12am so ga3 quests reset at same time. We have same problem with the new lvl 50+ quests.

Tell the devs so they can fix the reoccurring quest problems

 

so since i cant get to map 30 or above i cant finish the quest this is a joke i thought this event was made for lower level players you need to check with your programmers and get this fixed
