SMod Chat

This is a cut and paste from the Chat rules. "Moderators are not paid and do not enjoy any perks or advantages. It is prohibited to reveal moderators’ personal information, nor is it allowed to reveal their player name, user name, chat name or guild name." I say this because it appears that some of the Chat team do not comply with this chat rule. [Edit] has not complied with this rule on several occasions. And in conjunction, with this, [Edit] has kicked players for discussing subject matters he/she felt was not in keeping with either her/his personal likes or dislikes. Not that they were a violation of Chat rules. In addition this [Edit] engages in conversations with other players that are apparently friends. This obviously does not show that this [Edit] is impartial. And when this [Edit] announces that they are present, and then commences his/her subsequent chat, it disrupts our chat game play. It would go far, in improving game play, to have the Chat Moderators comply with the Chat rules that are required for the rest of the players. If you would care for me to submit screenshots of what I am saying I would be pleased to do so. BUT, do not ask that I submit them to support. I have, and they have denied what I am relating to you, and have done so on numerous occasions, inspite of the screen shots.

 

As you are a stickler for the rules, your post has been edited to remove the moderators name. It is not permitted to make accusations against anyone on a public forum by name. You have also received a warning for this post.

This has been looked into and it has been found that there is no evidence to back up your statements. As screenshots showing the moderators name would again break the rules these are not required, however you can send them to support is you wish.

As no more can be done on the forum regarding this matter.
