Smokescreen on Ingame Shop

Hi.. I had a problem when I bought the Smokescreen. I added the pack x10 days to the chart, and then I added 7 x1. When I touched the button for buy, I only received 7 x1.

I had enought souls for buy, but I don't know why I couldn't buy all I wanted?
How I can fix that?

This is because the 1 Day package is purchased before the 10 Day package. The requirement for the 10 Day package is that you have 0 days of the item/buff you are purchasing; therefore, as you the 1 day package was purchased first, this invalidated the 10 Day package, meaning you were unable to purchase it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in this matter, as this is the way the system works. We will forward this information to the team however, in the hope that this system be corrected in the future.

My recommendation moving forward is that you buy the 10 Day packages first, before buying the 1 Day packages, that way you will avoid this issue in the future.

Hi, the problem is that I added the x10 package to the cart first, I mean x10 Smokescreen was first in the list when I opened the cart. :/
I think, is an error with the shop.
However, I lost 10 day of smokescreen.


Off-topic: I had another problem yesterday. I wanted to buy the new items in the blackmarket "Staff of the Jester (with limit of 25)" and "Staff of the Trickster(with limit of 88)", but I just could buy 1x Staff of the Jester and 66x Staff of the Trickster, and then, they disappeared. :/

That may very well have been the cause, I shall forward this to be looked into, as it is a quality of life issue .

We are aware of the message when buying these items. Players currently can only buy the items 1 package at a time, and can not buy another until they have used all of these and have none remaining.

But all people can buy first 1 x10 and then 10 x1, so they will have x20 days, now I only have 2 days, but if I bought first x10, I could have bought the rest too. :/
