some issue with my account?

    I logged in as $KYF!RE on the server I always play on USA(east)
    I was surprised to see I had 35,000 gold, 3000 pearls and all the starter newbie stuff. I was even more surprised when I found I was level 1 and had somehow lost all progress. Intrigued I searched my own name on the UserSearch. I found this:
    HM$KYF!RE18322795
    thus proving my old account still exists, and that the new one with the exact same name was some kind of duplicate without anything on it. I had my friend also in my old guild HM log on, and it listed me as a member and still counted me as level 7 with all my experience etc...
    If I could get rid of this random duplicate and get my correct account back that would be great...

    Ahoy mate,

    If you wish to have an account deleted, you will need to speak with customer care. We do not have the authority to delete accounts. I am sorry to bump you around, but we cant do it here for you.

    that's not what I meant at all. When I logged into my account I don't have any of my saved progress, it starts me off as though I just joined the game. I want to know why that is, when the user search and guild still displays my old account

    It can take a while for the hall of fame to be updated and members accounts still showing in the guild displays.
