    why every ppl can not take that design ???
    why just strong players have it *
    noob players need more than strongs ?

    pls give that design every1 or delete him forever

    Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. It is up to the development team what designs are available and where you can get them.

    As there is nothing further I can add.
