    This can't be right, if you say it is.... I'm done with this game. My speed completely stinks after this ship menu was added. If you tell me there was a speed "bug" the day after you introduce a ship that has a speed bonus and I'm finding a different game. It's like I don't even have sails equipped but they are.... I even deactivated my sternpost and reactivated it, removed sails and put them back on.... no change.

    I had the same problem till I got sunk, once I was fully repaired my speed was normal. Try picking a fight or get a guild mate to sink ya.

    I'll give it a shot and let you know Ken, thanks for the idea.

    Went kamikaze on a allied island and it fixed my issue but I still see others in turtle mode.... My problem is fixed, getting sunk and repping sails and ship fixes it.
